A smooth polished stick of kyanite sits on a hammered, sterling silver ring. The stones name comes from a Greek word which means 'blue'.  Its translucent nature resembles clear water in a lake or lagoon.

The Kyanite is about 21 mm long, or a little over 3/4 of an inch. The bezel is hand fabricated from sterling and fine silver. It sits on a band of sterling, US size 7 3/4. All silver is oxidized and brushed for a rustic finish.
