Hand-formed classic bobby pins from bright sterling silver wire. The pins measure just over 5 cm or 2 inches, and are made one at a time by me!. Simple, and elegant. They stay nicely in most hair types. My bobby pins are made to order, and sold as a pair.


Please note: Sterling silver doesn't have the "springiness" of standard steel bobby pins. These bobbies are primarily decorative, and shouldn't be expected to keep masses of hair in place. I recommend you use them in conjunction with steel pins for complicated up-dos.

Also: These bobby pins are made from sterling silver wire. According to my supplier, the wire is .925 pure silver, alloyed with copper. There are no ferrous (iron) metals in the wire.
I have sold these to several folks who work with MRI machines, and have never had complaints about them being magnetic.
